We are KOKO PEARL JEWELRY located in Kyoto, Japan, a brand specializing in seawater pearl jewelries.

We choose Japanese Akoya seawater pearls mainly, import South Sea pearls and Tahitian pearls.

In order to offer high quality jewelries, we use only the top 5% of the pearls, inlay them in Japanese metal fittings, and handmade them by experienced craftsmen.

【Making and Shipping】

All of our items are made and shipped from Japan.

Most items are made to order and will be shipped within 5–7 business days.

For customized items such as made-to-order rings, production may take approximately 3–4 weeks.

Domestic shipping within Japan is via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express and usually arrives the day after shipping. Please contact us if you'd like to specify a delivery date or time.

International orders are shipped by Japan Post EMS with tracking. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks, but delivery times are not guaranteed and specific time/date cannot be designated due to customs and local postal conditions.

 

【Return Policy】

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging and accessories intact.

If any items or packaging are missing or damaged upon return, an additional fee will be deducted from your refund.

A standard restocking fee of 10% also applies to all returns.

Although we offer free shipping at the time of purchase, the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a product defect.

Please note that items marked as "Special Price" are final sale and not eligible for return.

【Maintenance】

After use, lightly polish with a soft cloth.

Refrain from bathing or working near water while wearing.

Pearls should not come in contact with acid, heat, or volatile materials.

Compared to other jewels, pearls are more easily scratched.

Wrap them in a soft cloth or place them in a special case, store them separately from other jewels if possible.
