The repair will be made without the original extra chain. Instead, one gold bead and one end pearl will be added to balance the design.

• Repair fee: USD 40 (includes return shipping from Japan to the U.S.)
• Processing time: Repair will be completed within 10 business days after we receive the bracelet.
• Shipping method: Japan Post EMS with tracking (delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks).
• Please note: Discount codes or coupons cannot be applied to this service.
• Any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees that may be charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer
Please send the bracelet to our studio in Japan. The shipping cost from your location to Japan is not included in this listing.

1. Where are your pearls from?
We mainly use Japanese Akoya pearls. We also offer South Sea and Tahitian pearls imported from overseas, all carefully selected for their quality and beauty.
2. Are your pearls real?
Yes. All pearls sold by KOKO PEARL JEWELRY are genuine saltwater pearls. We only use the top 5% of pearls in terms of luster, shape, and surface quality.
3. Are the photos edited or filtered?
No. All product photos on our website are unedited, natural images taken in natural light to reflect the true beauty of each item.
4. Are your products handmade?
Yes. All our jewelry is handmade in Japan by experienced Japanese artisans using high-quality Japanese fittings such as 18K gold and platinum.
5. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Kyoto, Japan via Japan Post with tracking. Delivery usually takes 1–2 weeks. Custom-made rings may take 3–4 weeks to produce.
6. Do I need to pay customs duties or VAT?
Our prices do not include VAT or customs duties. Import taxes may apply depending on your country. For EU buyers, our prices do not include VAT. Please consult your local customs office for details.
7. How are your products packaged?
Each order is beautifully gift-wrapped in a jewelry box with a guarantee card and gift bag. Multiple items may be combined in one box unless otherwise requested.
8. Can I request custom chain lengths or sizing?
Yes. Many items offer customizable lengths or sizes. Please contact us before placing your order or leave a note at checkout.
9. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-custom items. Custom-made products are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
