About Tax/Duties/VAT

If your shipping address is outside Japan, please note the following:

• All prices listed in our shop do not include taxes, import duties, VAT, or other customs-related charges.
• These charges may be imposed by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.
• We recommend checking with your local customs authorities for more details before placing an order.

If you refuse to pay the import duties, VAT, or other fees and request a return before receiving the item, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund after we receive the returned parcel.

Additional notes:

• Customs clearance may cause delays depending on your country’s regulations.
• If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, refusal to accept, or incorrect address, shipping fees are non-refundable.
